Bridgewater State College:

Bridgewater State College is located in southeastern Massachusetts within easy reach of major highways. The campus is approximately 40 minutes south of Boston, 30 minutes north of Cape Cod, and 50 minutes northeast of Providence, Rhode Island

Directions from the West:

• Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Route 495 South to Exit 7A (Route 24 North).
• Once on Route 24 North, take Exit 15 (Bridgewater/Raynham--Route 104).
• Follow Route 104 East to STOP sign (approximately three miles).
• Turn left.
• Follow directions below for the East Campus.

Directions from Providence, Rhode Island and Points South:

• Follow I-95 North to Route 495 South to Exit 7A (Route 24 North).
• Once on Route 24 North, take exit 15 (first exit).
• Take Route 104 East to STOP sign (approximately three miles).
• Turn left.
• Follow directions below for the East Campus.

• Adrian Tinsley Center  - New Gym
  • Proceed to Rotary, stay in right lane within rotary.
  • Just before traffic light, bear right in front of the Shell gas station, thereby merging onto Summer St. (Route 104 East).
  • Bear left through traffic light (Mobil station on left).
  • Go over railroad tracks.
  • Take next right (Burrill Avenue).
  • The Moakley Center is the first college building on the left.
  • Visitor parking is in the Moakley Lot which is past the Moakley Center, on the left.

Chelmsford High School:  84e to 90e to exit 10 onto 290e to 495n. Take Rte I-495 North to the exit for Rte 4, at end of ramp take a left.
Follow this road to the end where it dumps you on a rotary (You'll go almost completely around the rotary before getting off at the Westford Road exit).  Take first right on to Graniteville road.  Chelmsford High is approximately 1/2 mile on your right.  Go past CHS and take first right onto Richardson Road.  Entrance to parking lot is next to the Harrington School.

Conn. College (New London, CT) To the Charles B. Luce Field House and Dayton Arena
From Hartford: Take Route 2 East to the end onto Route 395 South (Exit 28S) - Travel approximately eight miles to exit 78 (left exit) and get onto Route 32 South. Continue on Route 32 South, under the pedestrian bridge and make a left at the light into the complex.

Greater Lawrence Tech, 57 River Rd., Andover, MA
84e to 90e to 495n to 93 North to Exit 45 (River Road). At top of the ramp, turn left onto River Road. Proceed on River Road for approximately ¼ (one quarter) of a mile; at the second traffic light, turn left into the school driveway and parking lot area.

Hudson High School 69 Brigham Street  Hudson MA
84e to 90e to I-290 east. At the I-495 intersection, I-290 ends, but you go straight ahead on the access road to Rt. 85 in Hudson.  When you reach Rt. 85, turn left, going north. Proceed about 3/4 of a mile: you will pass a car dealer and shopping center on the left. At the top of the hill is the first street joining from the left - that's Brigham Street. The street sign is hidden by trees. Turn left on Brigham. After about 1/4 mile on Brigham, Park Street joins from the right, and Brigham jogs to the left. Keep on Brigham and look for Hudson High School on the right, a few hundred feet.

Lowell Catholic HS, 530 Stevens St, Lowell, MA
84e to 90e to 290e to 495n, to Exit 35c ( Lowell Connector)
- Off the Lowell Connector, take Exit 3 ( Industrial Ave )
- Go right at the end of the exit; under overpass

At your second light, take right onto Forbes Blvd. (Cabot Business Park). Go through the set of lights (Route 106) and continue straight. Take your second right onto Oxford Rd. You will see the Mansfield SportsPlex on at the end of the street on the right hand side.

Bear right onto Main St/Route 13 north. take left onto Union St. (after going under Rte. 101), left at stop sign onto Osgood Rd., go by Middle School on right, take right onto West Street, High School 1/2 mi. on right

Milford Middle School (Milford, NH) - The school is 25 min. North of Fitchburg, Ma. following Rt. 13 North. If you were to travel Rt. 3 North from either Rt. 128 or Rt. 495 to Nashua, NH., Milford is 15 min. West of Nashua taking Rt. 101. From Nashua NH: Traveling North on Rt. 3 to Nashua, NH look for a sign that says: "TO 101 MILFORD USE EXIT 8" or "lO1A West Amherst/Milford". There are two 101 West Amherst/Milford Exits. Either one will get you on the correct road. Follow 101 West for approx. 8 miles. Look for sign that says: "JUNCTlON 101" Take Exit on your left at lights marked "WEST 101 WILTON/ KEENE". Follow by-pass and take Rt. 13 Exit. At bottom of ramp take right. Take a quick left on Union St. Follow Union to stop sign. Take left. Milford Middle School is on your right. Enter around back.

North Quincy High School
84 east to 90 east to 128s (around Boston) to Rt. 93 North, exit  "E Milton , Adams St, No. Quincy" stay straight through E.Milton Square, go past 2 gas stations.  At the next set of light, take a right onto Squantum Street.  Follow  this road until you get to a major intersection (Hancock St), go straight through the intersection, and take your 2nd driveway into the rear of the school.  where the gym and parking will be.

Plymouth State University, 17 High St. Plymouth, NH

Rochester Recreation Center, 150 Wakefield St. Rochester, NH
84e to 90e to 495n to 95n to Portsmouth, NH. Take the Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 16 (Route 125). Follow signs for route 125 (it's a long ramp, go all the way to the end). When you get to the junction for 125, turn left. Go through two sets of lights (one at the Lilac Mall, one at Wendy's). After the second set of lights you will see the entrance to the Community/Rec center on your right.

Rockingham Athletic Club, 175 Plaistow Rd, Plaistow, NH
84e to 90e to exit 11a (495n) to New Hampshire exit 51B (Main St. /Route 125n), go about 1.25 miles and take a right to stay onto Route 125, the Club is in about 3 miles.

Umass Lowell -  84e to 90e to 290e to 495n to exit 35C to the Lowell Connector.

Take the first exit (Exit 3) off the Lowell Connector to Industrial Avenue. Go right at the stop sign at the end of the off ramp and proceed to the rotary. Take the first right off of the rotary onto Industrial Avenue. The first traffic light is at the intersection with Chelmsford Street (Route 110). Proceed straight across. Industrial Avenue becomes Stevens Street at this intersection.

After the second set of lights, go straight to the stop sign. (You will have traveled a total of 1.5 miles on Stevens Street.) Turn right onto Middlesex Street. Take the first left onto Wilder Street. Proceed a short distance on Wilder to the end

There is a T-intersection. Take a right onto Pawtucket Street and travel 7/10th of a mile. At the third set of lights (the second and third sets are very close together) take a left onto the University Avenue bridge. Cross the bridge and North Campus will be in front of you.

from New Haven
Take I-95 N to 91 N. When you get near Hartford, follow the signs for Bissell Bridge to Boston and to I-84 E. Take the Bissell Bridge and follow the signs for I-84 E. Stay on 84 until Exit 60. At the end of the exit ramp turn right and immediately get in the left hand lane. Bear left at the "Y" (1st light) and the 2nd light is East Catholic's driveway. Turn left into the driveway.

from Hartford
Take I-84 E until Exit 60. At the end of the exit ramp turn right and immediately get in the left hand lane. Bear left at the "Y" (1st light) and the 2nd light is East Catholic's driveway. Turn left into the driveway.

from Boston, Vernon and points East
Take I-84 W and get off at Exits 60-62. Follow exit 60 which has a long exit ramp. At the end of the ramp turn left. You will cross over the highway. Stay in the left hand lane. At the first light after you have crossed over the highway bear left at the "Y". At the next light, turn left into East Catholic.

from Springfield, MA and points North
Take I-91 S to 291 toward Manchester. Get off at Exit 5, left onto Tolland Turnpike, right at Manchester Honda onto Adams St., bear right at the "Y" onto New State Road. Go to the first light and turn right into East Catholic's driveway.

URI - From the south, take I-95 North to Exit 3A (Route 138 East).  Continue on 138 East until you pass the URI tennis courts on the left.  At the URI electronic sign board and tennis courts, turn Left (Keaney Rd.) into the entrance to the athletic facilities.   See parking below.  PARKING:    Once you enter Keaney Rd.  you may park in the parking lot on the left.  The parking lot on the right is for students and faculty and you must have a permit.  There is no parking on the road in front of the athletic complex, this is a fire lane.  There is also no driving on the sidewalks.

Continue straight at stop sign and the gym is on the right hand side, (third building). Park in the lot further down the street past the athletic field.

Stay on Rt. 1A (Dedham St.) and follow across Rt. 140. Go 1.5 miles to next traffic light, make a right onto Rt. 115 (Pine St.). Fore Kicks will be 100 yards down on your right hand side.

Enter Route 12 North and immediately cross into left lane to take first left (access road to I-190). Next, take immediate right fork to Norton Drive. Turn left at traffic lights. Bancroft School is the second building on the right (after the YMCA). Park in front driveway or in parking lot beyond buildings.

(better directions coming)... From RI, Take 195E to Exit 8B (Rte 24 N).  Stay on 24 N to the first exit, Exit 7 (President Ave).  Follow this road to the rotary. At the rotary, take the first turn off (Newport Creamery, Mc Donald's CVS on right).  At the first light, (Elsbree Street, New York Bagel) take a right.  Stay on this road past the Papa Gino's.  The high school is on the left after the Papa Gino's.  Park
in the lot here and this is the gym entrance.

Endicott College

- From 1-84, Hartford, New York City, or I-90, Albany: Take the Mass Pike to Exit 14, Weston. Follow I-95 North to Exit 45, and take Route 128 North toward Gloucester. Follow directions above, "From Route 128 North".

- From Route 128 North (Exit 45 on Rte 95): Take Exit 17 (Grapevine Road, Beverly Farms). Turn right off the exit ramp and right again after 1½ miles onto Haskell Street (by the cemetery). Proceed to the end; at stop sign, turn right onto Hale Street, Route 127 to Endicott College. The main entrance is the second entrance on the right.

Mount Saint Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI)  84e to 90e to exit 10A onto Route 146 south. In RI, take the "Slatersville/Forestdale, Route 146A" exit.
At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 146A. Proceed for 2.2 miles to Park Square, which is a "T" intersection made by Park Avenue coming in from the left.
(Tenczar Studios,  Stop and Shop Supermarket and Mobil Station are on the right.   Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church on left. Candy Shack, McDonalds and Burger King are beyond the intersection.) Turn LEFT onto Park Avenue.  Proceed to the traffic light at Logee Street, half-way down the hill (about 9/10ths of a mile from the start of Park Ave..)  Turn RIGHT onto Logee, go 2/3rds of a mile.  The Gymnasium is located directly behind the ice rink.

Dean College: 84 east to 90 east to 495 south to Route 140 (exit 17 off pt 495) to Franklin. At the fourth set of traffic lights (corner of Union and West Central Streets), take a left onto Union Street and then take your first right onto School Street.

Head North on Interstate 93.
Take Exit 4, turn right off ramp onto Route 102, North toward Derry.
Take first left onto Londonderry Road, go to the end of road, which dead ends into Ash Street.
Turn right onto Ash Street, go to end of road, which dead ends into High Street.
Turn left onto High Street, which curves right into Folsom Road. (Same street, but the name changes.)
Take second left unto Franklin Street, which dead ends into B Street (there is no sign).
Turn right onto B Street, which dead ends into A Street.
Turn right onto A Street.
The SportsZone is the third building on your left.

Sterling Middle School, 444 Granite St. Quincy, MA
84e to 90e to 128s to the Braintree split at Rt. 128 and Route 3 south. stay to the left and just barely get onto Rt. 3 South. Get off at the first exit labelled "Washington Street, Quincy T". Coming off the exit, stay left following the Quincy signs. When you finally get to the bottom of the weaving exit ramps, stay to your left and take a left at the lights onto "Centre Street" (Don't drive into Crown Colony!!) Stay on Centre Street and take your 9th right onto "Granite Ave" Sterling Middle School will be right there on your right, take the 1st driveway to the rear of the school where the gym entrance is.

West Newton Armory, 1137 Washington Street Newton, MA
84e to 90e to exit 17, Newton Corner/Watertown. Get over to the left and go around the Sheraton like a U-turn, heading back out west on Washington Street about 2 miles. This road runs parallel to the Mass. Pike. The Armory is the brick building on the right that looks like a castle. Park on the street.

Stoneleigh Burnham School  574 Bernardston Rd, Greenfield, MA
91 north to Mass. exit 27 (Rt. 2 east), take the first right for routes 5 & 10. Turn left off ramp onto routes 5 & 10, proceed past the underpass and turn left at the school sign.

West Warwick Civic Center (RI) - From I-95: I-95 to Rt-117 (exit 10). West on Rt-117 and proceed approx. 2 miles to New London Avenue . Turn right on New London Ave. and proceed north approx. 0.5 mile to Factory Street . Turn left on Factory St. and watch for Arena on the right.
or From I-295: I-295 to Bald Hill Rd./Rt-2 South exit 2. South on Bald Hill Rd./Rt-2 about 1 mile and then bear right onto Toll Gate Rd. Continue east on Toll Gate Rd. about 0.5 mile to Providence St. Bear left on Providence St. and then continue straight onto New London Ave. Follow New London Ave about 0.75 mile to Factory St. Right on Factory and and watch for arena on the right.

Winsted YMCA- 480 Main Street, Winsted CT.
From Hartford: Take Rte 44 W to Winsted. Go through Downtown continuing to follow Rte 44. After the Dunkin Donuts you will go through 2 lights, The road will start to curve- Winsted YMCA is on the right hand side (Brick Building with green awning) Parking is on the street or in the lot next to the building. Enter through the front.
 From the South: Take Rte 8 North. Rte 8 will bring you all the way into Winsted. At the light at the end of the highway, take a right (still following Rte 8 and now Rte 44) After the Dunkin Donuts you will go through 2 lights, The road will start to curve- Winsted YMCA is on the right hand side (Brick Building with green awning) Parking is on the street or in the lot next to the building. Enter through the front.
